Birthday Parties 90 minute Party ¨ student of the Village Dance Studios $115.00 ¨ non-student rate $135.00 Rate includes one-hour dance or art class for up to 15 children. A $5.00 fee per child is added for each addition child over 15. Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due with form to secure date.
Village Dance Studio's Eight Month Dance Classes ? Eight-month dance classes run from September to May. ? Tuition is for the full term of the class and not pro-rated or discounted due to absences. ? Eight-month classes only: Refunds (minus your $75.00 registration deposit) are given only under the following circumstances: 1. Your family moves more than 55 miles from the studio and written notice is given to our office. 2. Written notice is provided by the end of September that your child will not be participating in the class for which you registered. · Otherwise once registered, tuition is non-refundable ? Payment plans are available for your convenience and will be charged the following service fees. Monthly payment plans will be charged $30 to the tuition total and payments are due the 1st of the month, September – April. Bi-annual plans are charged $15 to the tuition total and are due the 1st of September and January. Payments not received by the 15th of the month due will receive a $25 late fee. ? Registration deposits ($75 per 8 month class) and service fees ($30 monthly or $15 bi-annual) must be paid upon registration and the tuition balance is then divided for your selected payment plan. *There is a registration minimum for all classes. Therefore, they may be changed or canceled two weeks prior to start date. *Classes will be closed once registration maximum has been reached. This information will be available and updated regularly on the web site.

register late with the permission of the instructor up to Short Term Dance Classes J Short-Term classes run for 8, 10 or 12 week sessions.
