Because we believe that every child should have
the opportunity to grow and develop in ways that the arts uniquely
provide, we have developed a program that educates, challenges and
inspires in a personal, non-competitive atmosphere of learning and
fun.
For more than a decade, thousands of young
Richmonders have come through our doors. The benefits to them
are obvious and lifelong.

Summer Dance Camps

Twirling Tots, Bouncing Boys, Ballet Bugs and
Dancing Queens
will enjoy creative games, dance, theater and arts
and crafts.

Dancers in the Dance Workshop will focus on ballet
and jazz technique, improvisation and choreography.

Advanced Dancer Workshop
May 26, 2008 – June 13, 2008
Extreme Levels & Dance Conditioning
Take your jumps to new heights, double your
pirouettes
and roll gracefully to the floor with this intense dance conditioning
class.
Each workshop class will run for 2 hours and will
meet
twice a week from 5:00-7:00pm on
Tuesdays and Thursdays (ages 14 and up)
Mondays and Wednesdays (ages 10-14)

Yoga Bugs ~ Ages 3-7
Through yoga poses and creative games,
children learn to be calm and build focus
while building strength and increasing flexibility.
Level 1 (ages 3-5) and Level 2 (ages 5-7)
If interested please contact our office for scheduling. (8
weeks)
 
Join our playgroup and enjoy moving and grooving with
your child.
These playgroups are designed for children ages 2-3.
Half of the class is spent with an instructor exploring age appropriate
movement games, dances and activities and the other half of the class
is devoted to allow these tots to Jump, Giggle and Play.
Sign up with a
group and pick your day and time or sign up to be placed with a
group.
Sessions run 6 weeks in length once the minimum
enrollment is met.

Village Dance Studios is conveniently located
in the Village Shopping Center,
10-15 minutes from anywhere in the Richmond Metropolitan
area.
